Jared Perlo

Jared PerloJared Perlo remains a proud Moose, having been a resident of Dunster House during his time at Harvard. When not occupying the Dunster squash court with an inflatable planetarium– Jared served as a teaching fellow for Astronomy 2: Celestial Navigation— he studied History and Science with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. As a researcher, Jared has studied NGO interventions to fight homelessness in Paris; African-American perceptions of eugenics at Tuskegee University in Alabama; and HIV/AIDS treatment in Chennai, India, the results of which he presented at the 2018 International Aids Conference. Jared also played trombone in the Harvard Jazz Band, the Harvard Pops Orchestra, the Hasty Pudding Theatricals, and several other on-campus organizations. Jared also enjoys ham radio and looks forward to calling Cambridge, MA from Cambridge, UK. Jared is the John Eliot Scholar at Jesus College, pursuing an MPhil in the History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine.
